Just because you’ve been cleared to run doesn’t mean your body is truly ready.
This in-person workshop is designed for anyone who considers themselves a runner and is 2 months to 2 years postpartum. Whether you’re eager to get back out there or unsure where to start, we’ll give you the tools to return with confidence and intention.
What We’ll Cover:
✅ How pregnancy and postpartum change your body, and your stride
✅ What needs to happen before you start running again
✅ Red flags like leaking, heaviness, doming, or breath-holding
✅ A proven return-to-run framework
✅ Key strength and coordination drills to support running
✅ Running form tips and how to warm up properly
✅ Guidance for stroller running and gear that actually helps
✅ Open Q&A with all experts

If you're unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please reach out—we’ll do our best to offer a credit toward a future workshop or private session, valid for 90 days from the original workshop date.

Mommy & Me Postpartum Core & Strength Series
This class is designed specifically for any postpartum women looking to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and safely reconnect with their core and pelvic floor. The workouts will be full body with a focus on strengthening deep core muscles, enhancing stability, and ensuring pelvic floor safety with every movement. Expect guided exercises that support your postpartum recovery while providing a space to connect with other moms on a similar journey. Whether you're newly postpartum or further along, this class offers a supportive and empowering environment to help you feel strong and confident in your body again
The first half of class will take place on your mat with baby nearby, focusing on core activation and controlled strength work. In the second half, you’ll have the option to wear your baby for standing movements.
We understand that babies can be unpredictable, feel free to feed, soothe, or tend to your little one as needed. This is your time to move, feel strong, and connect with other moms in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.
Recommended for: Any postpartum woman looking to regain strength, restore core function, and build confidence in movement. Moms of non-mobile babies are welcome.
