Program Policies & Guidelines
-
All programming is delivered through my training app in 4-week cycles.
You’ll have access to your workouts, notes, and messaging for the length of the cycle you’re enrolled in. When your 4-week cycle ends, access to the app and workouts ends unless you sign up for the next cycle. This helps keep your plan current to your body, schedule, and goals rather than following an old program that no longer fits. -
Each package covers one 4-week cycle and is designed to be used in that window.
If something major comes up (illness, injury, travel), please reach out as soon as possible so we can decide together whether we need to pause or adjust your current cycle.
-
At Home Programming
Includes weekly written check-ins inside the app.
If needed, we may occasionally use short video messages to clarify questions, but there are no scheduled video calls in this tier.
In person or virtual assessments are an additional fee. If you would like to sign up, you need to book a 1:1 session.
-
Your program is built around the equipment and space you actually have. On your intake form you’ll let me know whether you’re training at home, in a gym, or a mix of both.
Common options include:
Yoga block
Dumbbells or kettlebells
Resistance bands/mini bands
Door anchor
Bench, chair, or step
Mat and a small clear floor area
If you have very minimal equipment, that’s okay—we’ll start there and I’ll let you know what 1–2 items would be most helpful to add over time.
-
All ongoing communication happens through the training app.
Weekly written check-ins
Light in-app messaging for quick questions (expect replies Mon–Fri within ~24 hours)
I do my best to respond promptly during business hours, but I’m not available for urgent or emergency medical concerns. Those should always go to your healthcare provider.
