The Power Lab | Power & Jump Training for Women in Perimenopause & Menopause

  • Lake Shore Park Track 808 North Lake Shore Drive Chicago, Illinois, 60611 United States (map)

Power is one of the first things we begin to lose during perimenopause and menopause, but it's also one of the most important physical qualities to train for healthy aging. Building power supports bone health, improves balance and reaction time, and helps you stay strong and confident in everyday life.

The Power Lab is a 60-minute outdoor pop-up class designed to teach women how to safely build power and learn proper jumping and landing mechanics. Whether you've never jumped before or you're looking to return to higher-impact exercise with confidence, you'll learn progressions that meet you where you are.

Co-led by Liz Cuttica and pelvic health & orthopedic physical therapist Dr. Nicole Wodka, PT, DPT, this class combines movement coaching with physical therapy expertise to help women in perimenopause and menopause train safely and confidently.

What You'll Learn

  • Proper jumping and landing mechanics

  • Safe progressions for every fitness level

  • How to build power safely

  • Strategies to improve bone health

  • Individual coaching and movement feedback

You'll leave with practical tools you can use in your own workouts.
