The Motherhood Movement Collective
Moving Through Pregnancy
Learn to adapt your workouts as your body changes, without relying on a list of pregnancy “rules”.
This isn’t a prenatal workout class. It’s a 4-week small-group coaching experience that combines education and movement to help you understand your changing body, adapt exercise with confidence, and continue doing the activities you love throughout pregnancy
COMING SOON
Pregnancy changes the way your body moves. You should understand why.
You've probably been told to "listen to your body."
But what if no one has taught you what your body is trying to tell you?
What does coning mean?
Why do some exercises suddenly feel different?
When should you modify—and when is it okay to keep going?
This program teaches you how to answer those questions, so you can make confident decisions about movement throughout your pregnancy.
What Makes This Different?
This isn’t another prenatal workout.
You’re not coming to follow me through a workout and then going home wondering how any of it applies to the rest of your week.
We’ll use movement to teach you what’s happening in your body. You’ll practice it, feel the difference, ask questions, and receive individualized coaching in real time.
My goal is for you to leave knowing how to make adjustments on your own—even when I’m not standing next to you.
My goal isn't to tell you what exercises to avoid. It's to teach you how to adapt movement so you can keep doing what you love throughout pregnancy.

FAQs
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for active women with low-risk pregnancies who want to continue exercising with confidence. Whether you enjoy strength training, running, CrossFit, group fitness, Pilates, or simply staying active, you'll learn how to adapt movement as your body changes.
1
How many women are in each cohort?
2
Groups are intentionally limited to 6 women to provide individualized coaching, movement feedback, and plenty of time for questions.
No. This is a small group coaching experience that combines education with movement. You'll learn how pregnancy changes your body, why certain symptoms occur, and how to confidently adapt exercises to meet your body's needs.
3
Is this a workout class?
What stage of pregnancy is this for?
4
This program is designed for women with low-risk pregnancies. Because each participant receives individualized coaching, exercises and modifications can be adapted to your stage of pregnancy.
Can I participate if I am trying toconceive?
5
Absolutely. Many of the concepts you'll learn, breathing, pressure management, core and pelvic floor function, movement mechanics, and exercise modifications, are valuable before pregnancy as well. Understanding these principles before becoming pregnant can help you feel more prepared and confident as your body changes.
Why is this four weeks instead of a single workshop?
6
Because learning how to move well during pregnancy takes practice. Each week builds on the previous one, giving you time to understand new concepts, apply them to your workouts, ask questions, and gain confidence as your pregnancy progresses.
I've already completed your Prenatal Series. Should I still join?
7
Absolutely. While some of the movement concepts overlap, the experience is completely different.
The Prenatal Exercise Series is a six-week educational program you complete on your own. Moving Through Pregnancy gives you the opportunity to apply those concepts in person with individualized coaching, real-time feedback, hands-on cueing, and exercise modifications specific to your body and stage of pregnancy.
Think of it as the difference between learning the material and having a coach guide you through it.
Your postpartum recovery begins in pregnancy.
The movement strategies you build now don’t end when pregnancy does. They create a foundation you can carry into birth, early recovery, and your eventual return to training.
