A workout for you. Your baby gets to come along.
A supportive postpartum strength class designed to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor while building strength that carries over into everyday life.
What to expect
This is a 50-minute, mat-based strength class—not a reformer class. Join as a drop-in; no previous class attendance is needed. Each class is adapted to the moms and babies in the room. If your baby wants to be held, exercises can be modified so you can continue moving together. Take a break to feed, change or soothe your baby whenever you need.
Who it’s for
Postpartum women at any stage, including those years beyond having a baby, who want to build strength and confidence in movement. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome; walking toddlers cannot attend.
What to bring
Bring water and wear socks or go barefoot—no shoes. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or play mat, car seat, or carrier depending on what works for your baby. A carrier is optional, not required.
